Retention and Erasure
We retain personal data for as long as it remains relevant to the fulfillment of your service contract or as required by Malaysian law. Once the predictive analytics cycle concludes and the statutory retention period expires, data is securely purged using software overwriting standards that prevent forensic recovery.
